How do I return an item purchased on ThinkGizmo?

You can return an order by following these steps:
We accept returns only when the product is damaged/defective upon receiving it. Please notify ThinkGizmo through phone or email within 7 working days. Pack the product which should include everything from the originally delivered package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories with complete parts and accessories. Take a photocopy of your product bill and keep it with you for future reference and attach the original product bill along with the product. Once we receive an email confirmation from you, we will schedule a pick up for the product.


The product should also be in unused, undamaged and original condition.
• Returns are subject to the return policy that is applicable to the product category

Will I get a refund if I don't get a replacement/exchange as requested?

Replacements/Exchanges are subject to defective products upon our assessment and with the product company’s replacement terms and conditions. Money will not be refunded when a product’s service/replacement is possible.
Refund is subject to defective products upon the product company’s refund terms and conditions after assessment of your product when there is no stock available to replace on our successful pick up of the product at your own cost.

How do I claim warranty for a ThinkGizmo product?

You can contact our Customer Support in case of a defective product. You are required to provide the respective Order ID details. ThinkGizmo product warranty is valid only for the mentioned warranty period.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
• Return request is made outside the specified time frame
• Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
• Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories

How do I pay for a ThinkGizmo purchase?

ThinkGizmo offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that ThinkGizmo’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Internet Banking.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Order Shipped” state. To cancel, please contact us with the order number.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section In the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the ‘Order Number’ link.

How does the delivery process work?

All deliveries are scheduled through our reputed courier partner – Delhivery. You will be informed when we ship your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.
During checkout you will be prompted to provide your location’s pin-code in order to ensure that we deliver to you. All electronic items are insured for theft and damages during transit.

How are items packaged?

Products sold by ThinkGizmo are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Most of the items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap.


What are the delivery modes available at ThinkGizmo?
  • Standard Delivery: Delivered in 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: Delivered in 1-3 business days
What Are Your Delivery Times?

Packages are delivered between Monday and Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays.
Please note that ThinkGizmo is not liable for any shipping delay, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or not contactable; orders with incorrect address; unfavorable weather conditions and so on. Should there be any unforeseen delay, we will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs for orders from ThinkGizmo depend upon the shipping methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. All weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Which shipping carriers does ThinkGizmo use?

We partner with Delhivery for delivery in India.

How can I track my order and contact the courier if I have a complaint or enquiries?

Please track your order details directly through our delivery partner websites using your tracking number.

Lost your tracking number? It happens. Log in to your account and go to ‘Order History’ or ‘Track Order’ directly. We’ll show you the complete history and the order status for every order.
We will also keep you updated with the status of the order and the shipping service partner.

Is cash on Delivery option available?

We do not have cash on delivery service now, but we are working to bring it in future.

Why was my package undeliverable?

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
• Incorrect Address.
• Illegible Shipping Label.
• Failed Delivery Attempts.
• Refused by Recipe

Just realized, I won’t be around to receive my package. How can I reschedule my delivery?

Contact our courier service partner mentioned in your product order details to reschedule.

I missed my delivery. What happens now?

We’ll send you a notification if you aren’t around for the delivery, so that, you can get in touch with us right away. We’ll figure out a delivery time that works for us both. We are equally keen to ensure your package reaches you soon and safe. If it doesn’t work out the first time, we’ll try delivering it up to three times to make sure your package is in your hands soon.

Do you deliver products internationally?

Not at present.

Can I request different items from my cart to be delivered separately?

Well, that’s an interesting question. But right now, we can’t ship different products in the same cart to separate addresses. Here’s hoping we can make this happen for you soon.

Can I choose a specific date and time for delivery?

We always show you the estimated delivery date for all the items in your shopping cart. We advise you to place your order keeping in mind when it will be delivered, and if that works for you.

For bulk orders maybe.

When can I get my order if it says ‘Out-for-delivery’?

You can start celebrating already! When the order status says ‘Out-for-delivery’, it means that things are in full swing and we’re trying to get it delivered to you on the same day. We’ll also keep you posted via SMS.

Is it necessary for me to provide identification when I receive the package?

No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.

What should I do when I receive my delivery?

Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If you are concerned about the condition of the package, we urge you not to sign and accept it. You can hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items to you within a few days.

If you find that the products in the box are tampered, or missing when you open the package, please contact ThinkGizmo Customer Service at (044-42135599) within 12 hours of receiving the shipment.

Can I modify my delivery address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made, will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.

What can I do if the package was delivered to the wrong person?

Please contact our delivery partner or Think Gizmo customer service to get help on such issues. Once the order has been placed, you can change the delivery address before we ship your product. But, once the product is shipped, you cannot change the delivery address.
But in all of these cases, you should inform us through our customer support care.

What is the signal range of the Hue bridge?

The ZigBee signal range of the round-shaped Hue Bridge and the square-shaped Hue Bridge are approximately 30m.The range can vary depending on obstacles in between the bridge and the nearest Hue light. In order to extend the signal range of the system, each Hue light acts like a range extender by relaying the ZigBee signal.

What are the differences between the square-shaped Philips Hue bridge and the round-shaped Philips Hue bridge?

The square-shaped Hue bridge adds Apple HomeKit compatibility. Besides HomeKit, the square Hue bridge offers all the existing features and compatibility with existing Hue lights, Hue taps, Hue wireless dimmer switches, Philips Hue apps for iOS and Android and the broad range of third party Hue apps. The square-shaped Hue bridge is ready for future as it has way more internal memory and more powerful processor than the round-shaped Hue bridge.

How many lamps can I connect to one bridge?

You can connect up to 50 lamps to one bridge.

I just purchased a square-shape Hue bridge and when powered, the light around the link-button stays off, is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. The light will go on the moment the first Hue light is connected to the Hue bridge, via the app.

Can you connect the Hue luminaires through a bridge?

Yes, all Hue luminaires can be connected through a Hue bridge and become part of the Hue ecosystem. However, all Hue White Ambience luminaires are natively provided with a remote control switch* in the box in order to allow a plug & play solution to enjoy benefits immediately such as the 4 pre-loaded light recipes experience (relax, read, concentrate, energize) and the dimming function to reduce and increase light intensity, even when a bridge is not already present. To connect these to the Hue eco-system via the Hue dimmer switch: Open the app, go to Settings > Accessory setup > Press “+” > Hue dimmer switch and follow onscreen instructions.
*Except for the 1-lighter “Extension Spot” models Pillar and Runner.
